South Coast & Glacier hike

This tour is an excellent choice for experiencing the South coast and the magical Sólheimajökull glacier in your own pace. You will get to experience astonishing waterfalls, the Black Beach and hike a glacier! During the hike, you will learn more about the glacier and have lot of fun! The hike is suited for almost everybody!

What to expect?

Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your accommodation, where you'll be greeted by our modified Super Jeep and it'll take about 2 1/2 hours to get to the glacier.

Once we're there, we'll walk for about 20 minutes to reach the glacier's edge. We'll give you a safety briefing and help you get ready with the right gear.

The hike is quite easy and doable for most people. We'll spend around two hours exploring the glacier, giving you a chance to see the world from a whole new angle!

After that, we'll head back to the car, where you can relax, enjoy some Icelandic snacks, and have a warm cup of coffee. Finally, we'll drive you back to Reykjavík, which will take around 2 1/2 hours.

Please note that this is a flexible itinerary, allowing us to tailor the time spent at each location to your preferences. Your satisfaction and the quality of your experience are paramount to us.
