Join us for a private day trip from Reykjavík to Landmannalaugar, one of the most colorful and dramatic regions of the Icelandic Highlands. We depart in the morning in a powerful super jeep, specially designed to handle Iceland’s rugged highland terrain.
Our journey takes us through vast lava fields, volcanic landscapes, and remote mountain roads as we make our way into the Fjallabak Nature Reserve. Along the drive, your guide will share insights into Iceland’s geology, volcanic activity, and highland history, adjusting stops and explanations to suit your preferences.
Upon arrival in Landmannalaugar, we begin exploring this unique area, known for its colorful rhyolite mountains, obsidian lava fields, and geothermal landscapes.
